This article guides you through the process of creating your first advertising campaign on the EZmob platform. You will learn about the prerequisites, the campaign creation workflow, and important post-creation steps to ensure success.



Prerequisites for Campaign Creation


Before you can create a campaign, make sure you have:


  • Verified your email address
  • Completed phone verification
  • Achieved 100% profile completion at Profile Settings
  • A positive account balance or a history of deposits


Tip: Ensure your account status is Active. Accounts marked as Pending or Suspended cannot create campaigns.



Campaign Creation Workflow


Follow these steps to create your first campaign:


  1. Verify Profile Completion:
  • Log in to your EZmob account and check your profile completion status at Profile Settings. Ensure your account is fully verified and has a positive balance.


  1. Access Campaign Creation:
  • Navigate to Advertiser Dashboard. Here, you will find an option to create a new campaign, which will redirect you to the external AdKernel dashboard for detailed campaign setup.

  1. Redirect to External Campaign Builder:
  • Upon clicking the campaign creation link, you'll be redirected to the AdKernel dashboard, where you’ll configure the specifics of your campaign.


  1. Configure Campaign Settings:
  • In the AdKernel dashboard, set up your campaign's targeting options, budget, and creatives. Ensure all details align with your advertising goals.

  1. Submit for Approval:
  • Once your campaign is configured, submit it for review. Approval times may vary, but you will be notified upon completion.


  1. Monitor Campaign Status:
  • Return to your EZmob dashboard at Campaigns Overview to monitor the status of your submitted campaign and view initial performance metrics once it's live.


Important: Be aware that campaign approval may take some time. Keep an eye on your email for notifications related to your campaign’s approval status.



Post-Creation Steps


After your campaign is approved, monitor its performance closely. Use the metrics and analytics available on EZmob to optimize your campaign for better results. If your campaign is not performing as expected, consider adjusting your targeting settings or creatives.



Troubleshooting


  • Profile Completion Issues: If you cannot create a campaign, revisit Profile Settings to ensure all required fields are completed.
  • External Redirect Issues: Ensure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser if the external dashboard does not open.
  • Campaign Approval Delays: If your campaign approval is delayed, contact support via Support for assistance.
