Changes in campaign status are automatically updated in the dashboard but can also be manually adjusted using the steps provided.

Status Changes and Performance Tracking

  • Active/Enabled campaigns will generate impressions and clicks, affecting your balance and performance metrics.
  • Paused/Disabled campaigns stop all ad delivery but retain historical performance data for future reference.
  • Pending campaigns do not deliver ads, so no performance data is generated during this period.
  • Deleted campaigns are removed from your view, but historical performance data prior to deletion remains accessible in reports.

Troubleshooting and Notifications

  • Unexpected Pausing: Campaigns can be automatically paused due to budget constraints or compliance issues. Check your email for notifications or contact support if needed.
  • Approval Delays: If a campaign remains in Pending status longer than anticipated, review the content for compliance or reach out to support.
  • Reactivation: Deleted campaigns cannot be reactivated. A new campaign must be created.

Always ensure your campaign complies with EZmob’s advertising guidelines to avoid unexpected pauses or rejections. |||

Best Practices for Status Management

  • Regularly check your campaign statuses for optimal performance management.
  • Use the 'Pause' feature for temporary adjustments instead of deleting a campaign.
  • Monitor your email for notifications regarding status changes and approval updates.
