Creating a campaign: wizard overview

What Changed


Campaign creation now uses a step-by-step wizard so you can set up details, targeting, optional keywords, and budget before launching.


Who Can Create Campaigns


You need a complete advertiser profile and permission to create campaigns. If either is missing, you will see a notice at the top of the page and the actions will be disabled.


Steps


  1. Basic Info — Name, campaign type, vertical, goals, pricing, bid, and creatives.
  2. Targeting — Geography, devices, browsers, OS, carriers, connection and traffic type, IP/domain lists, and dayparting.
  3. Keywords — Shown only for KEYWORD campaigns, after targeting.
  4. Budget & Launch — Final budget, dates, frequency cap, and a review of your choices before you submit.


Navigation


Use Next and Back at the bottom. The step indicator at the top lets you jump to earlier steps or to steps you already completed; jumping forward may require the current step to validate first.


Submitting


On the last step, use the create button to submit. If something is invalid, the wizard focuses the first problem and shows an error message.
