Not seeing ads?
If you are a publisher who has recently integrated our ad placement code into your website—whether for pop, redirect, or interstitial ads—please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for our ad server to begin delivering ads in response to requests generated by your site or app.
For more details on integration, please refer to our guide on How to Integrate Publisher Ad Code on Your Site.
If 10 minutes have passed and you still do not see ads, consider the following potential issues:
1. Coverage
There may be instances where we do not have sufficient demand for the specific request made by your site. Your request is influenced by various targeting parameters, including location, device type, and connection type. It’s possible that during the time you checked your website, there were no available buyers for that particular request. Generally, we cover a significant portion of your traffic. We recommend reviewing your reports a few hours after integration to confirm that a good percentage of your requests were filled with ads.
2. Integration Issues
If your reports still show no activity after a few hours, it may be due to an integration issue. Please verify that the tag you copied from EZmob’s interface matches what is currently implemented on your website. Ensure that it is not being blocked by any features of your site. The tag should be placed in the <head> section of your HTML, just before the closing </head> tag.
If you need assistance with the integration process, feel free to contact your publisher manager at ophir@ezmob.com.
Should you suspect that neither of these issues is the cause, please reach out to our support team by emailing support@ezmob.com.
