How to Add an Ad Tag to the <head> Section in Blogger


Adding an ad tag to the <head> section of your Blogger platform is a simple yet essential task to ensure your ads are displayed correctly. Follow this step-by-step guide to implement your ad tag effectively.



Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Obtain Your Ad Tag
  • Request an Ad Tag from your Account Manager or retrieve it from the EZmob Dashboard.
  • Log in to your EZmob Dashboard.
  • Click on the Placements tab, then select GET PLACEMENT.
  • Click on COPY CODE to copy your ad tag.


  1. Access Your Blogger Theme
  • In the Blogger platform, navigate to the Theme section on the left side of the screen, just above Settings.
  • Click the arrow next to the orange Customize button and select Edit HTML.


  1. Insert the Ad Tag
  • Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard to open the search function.
  • Type </head> in the search field and hit Enter. This will take you to the correct section in the HTML editor.
  • Paste the Ad Tag you copied earlier just above the </head> tag.
  • Click the Save button located at the top right corner of the screen.


That's it! Your ad tag is now successfully added.



Helpful Tip: Always preview your changes to ensure that the ad tag is functioning as expected.


Note: If you update your theme or switch to a different one, you will need to manually re-add the ad tags.
