ads.txt for Publishers
An ads.txt file lists the companies allowed to sell your ad inventory. It's optional but recommended. To get EZmob's current ads.txt lines, email support@ezmob.com with your domain.
Add ads.txt to your site
- Create a plain text file named
ads.txt. - Paste the lines EZmob sends you, one per line. Keep any lines you already have from other partners.
- Upload the file to the root of your domain.
- Open
https://yourdomain.com/ads.txtin a browser to check it loads.
WordPress
- If you can access your hosting, upload
ads.txtto the site's root folder. - If not, use a plugin that manages ads.txt from the WordPress dashboard and paste the lines there.
Blogger
- In Blogger, open Settings and scroll to Monetization.
- Turn on Custom ads.txt.
- Click Custom ads.txt, paste the lines and save.
Good to know
- The file must be at the root domain, not in a subfolder.
- For mobile apps, the equivalent file is
app-ads.txt.
