Before You Start

Make sure you have the following items ready:

You’ve registered an account and verified your email (or register an advertiser account here)
You’ve funded your account with at least $100
You’ve updated your profile details

Once you've completed these prerequisites, you're ready to go live with your first campaign!

Log in to the EZmob advertiser interface here.
Click on the Manage Campaigns button on the Campaigns Page.
You will be redirected to the campaigns management and reporting interface.

What should I do if I can’t log in?

No worries!

First of all, ensure that you are using the correct username (not your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot password?” button before logging in for both publishers and advertisers.

Make sure that you’ve checked the Spam / Promotions inbox to find the confirmation link from EZmob

In case the previous steps won’t help please try the following options:

Clean your browser's cache/cookies and try to log in again

If failed, simply try to do it in another browser

If none of those steps helped you to log in, please contact us via EZmob Help Center, attaching a screenshot of your problem (the error message should be seen clearly) and describing your problem in detail.

Not seeing ads?

Accepted Answer

If you’re a publisher and have just integrated our placement-code (ad-code) to your website, doesn’t matter whether it’s for pop, redirect or interstitial , it might take up to 10 minutes for our ad server to begin delivering ads to requests generated by your website or app.

If 10 minutes have passed and you still don’t see ads, please read below for potential reasons:

**Coverage **- we might not have demand for your specific request. your request contains targeting that includes your location, device, connection type and many other targeting parameters. It can be that in the specific time you’re checking your website we don’t have a ‘buyer’ for that request. Still, we do cover a majority of your traffic and we advise to check reports a couple of hours after you’ve integrated the tags to see through our reports that a good percentage of your requests were filled with ads.

Integration issue - if the reports still don’t hold numbers after a few hours, check whether the tag you’ve copy pasted from EZmob’s interface matches with what currently is integrated to your website, and not blocked by any feature of you website, our tag should be pasted in the section right before closing tag.

What is the best way to boost my eCPM rates? On related forums and blogs, it's one of the most commonly asked questions among web and app developers. This is unsurprising given that the eCPM has a direct influence on the revenue of publishers.

Publisher's eCPM are affected by various factors. Some are done daily by EZmob's supply and demand teams but some should be done, or at least consulted to make sure you have the best opportunities aligned for your supply.

Be Patient

Please note that according to our ad server algorithm we need minimum

5k traffic requests per day for full 3-4 days to see the traffic quality and it's match with our premium demand and to fully test and optimize the eCPM to the highest level, results will not fully appear to their best potential after only few hours or 1 day, we need patience to let us work on your traffic to give it the best results we can.
