What is our refund policy?
Introduction
At EZmob, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. This article outlines our refund policy, ensuring you have all the necessary information regarding refunds, processing times, and applicable fees.
Refund Policy Overview
- First Deposits: All first deposits are non-refundable.
- Subsequent Deposits: From the second deposit onward, refunds can be requested and will be refundable upon user request.
- Refund Conditions: Refunds will only be issued for non-spent funds or negative credits.
- Refund Fees: A minimal refund fee will apply:
- $50 or
- 15% management fee (whichever is higher).
- Bank Fees: Any bank fees incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the client.
- Inactivity Policy: EZmob reserves the right to set your balance to zero after one year of non-activity.
- Non-Refundable Timeframe: After 60 days from the date of the deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Terms Violation: Advertisers who violate our terms and conditions will not receive a refund of their remaining balance and will be blocked and banned from working with us in the future.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 30 days to process your refund request, or until our next billing cycle, whichever is longer.
