What is our refund policy?
Our refund policy is straight-forward, first deposits are non-refundable, 2nd and onward deposits are refundable upon user request.
Refunds will only be given on non-spent funds negative credits given.
A minimal refund fee of $50 or 15% management fee (the higher) will be applied to any refund.
Any bank fees for the refund will be paid by the client.
EZmob may set balance to zero after a period of 1 year of non-activity by the client.
After 60 days from the moment the deposit is made, the deposit is non-refundable
Please allow up to 30 days to process your refund or until our next billing cycle.
