What is our refund policy?

First Deposits

  • Non-refundable: All first deposits are non-refundable.


Subsequent Deposits

  • Refundable: From the second deposit onward, you may request a refund.


Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued for:
  • Non-spent funds
  • Negative credits


Refund Fees

  • A minimal refund fee will apply:
  • $50 or 15% of the refund amount, whichever is higher.


Bank Fees

  • Any bank fees incurred during the refund process are the client's responsibility.


Inactivity Policy

  • EZmob reserves the right to set your balance to zero after one year of inactivity.


Non-Refundable Timeframe

  • Deposits become non-refundable after 60 days from the deposit date.


Terms Violation

  • Advertisers who violate our terms and conditions will forfeit their remaining balance and will be blocked from future engagements.



Requesting a Refund


To formally request a refund, please follow these steps:


  1. Prepare Required Information: Include the following details in your request:
  • Your account information (username and email)
  • The amount you wish to refund
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant transaction IDs

  1. Wait for Confirmation: After submitting your request, please allow up to 30 days to process your refund or until our next billing cycle, whichever is longer.
