When are publisher reports updated?

Publisher reports update every hour. The reporting day follows Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles, PST/PDT), not your local time zone.


How updates work


  • Daily, Site and Placement reports: refreshed hourly. Each refresh re-syncs today and the previous day, so numbers from the last 2 days can still change.
  • OS and Country reports: refreshed about every 2 hours. They show gross numbers and are not billable.
  • Because the day runs on Pacific Time, "today" in Reports may start and end at a different hour than your local day.


Tips


  • For final daily figures, look at days that are more than 2 days old.
  • When you compare Dashboard and Reports, use the same date range.
  • Earnings become available for payout after a 15-day hold. See How to Request Payment.
