Wire Transfer Instructions and Bank Details
Wire Transfer is the best option for large deposits. The minimum is $500 and there is no $10,000 cap. The fee is 1%, and funds are usually credited within 1-3 business days after we receive them.
Steps
- Click Funds in the sidebar.
- In Deposit Funds, enter the Amount (at least $500).
- Under Payment Method, select Wire Transfer.
- Click Show Payment Details. The Wire Transfer Instructions show the Transfer Amount, your Reference Number (Required) and the Bank Details. Click Copy All Details to copy them.
- Click Create Payment. The deposit appears in your transaction history as Waiting for Payment.
- Send the wire from your bank using the details below. Put the reference number in the transfer description.
- Contact support@ezmob.com after sending, and include your reference number and the amount.
- When we receive the money, the deposit is completed, or it moves to Waiting Approval. In that case, click Approve on the transaction to add the funds to your balance.

Good to know
- Without the reference number, we cannot match the wire to your account, and your deposit will be delayed.
- You can have up to 2 open wire deposits at a time.
- Your bank and any intermediary banks may charge their own fees. EZmob does not control these.
- If your deposit is not credited after 3 business days, contact support@ezmob.com with your reference number and the bank's transfer confirmation.
