Payment approval process


If you’ve deposited via credit card, your payment is processed instantly. If using PayPal or Paxum, it can also be instant, but only for users who have leveled up their account. For other users, payments made through these methods may take longer for approval.


Our financial team has been notified of your deposit and will approve it within the next 10-20 minutes. Please allow up to 2 hours before you contact our team.


If you haven’t received feedback and can’t see your balance updated, check your inbox to see if you’ve received an identity verification form. For newly registered clients, our team may either randomly choose a transaction to validate or if your details are different on your payment solution than what you’ve provided on your account, your transaction may need to be validated.


Helpful tip: Deposits which are not validated will be refunded within 1 week.
