Managing your EZmob profile settings is essential for maintaining smooth account functionality, ensuring compliance with payment processing requirements, and adhering to platform policies. This guide will help you update your personal, business, and financial information while enhancing your account's security.
Accessing Profile Settings
To begin managing your profile settings, navigate to your profile page by visiting Profile Settings. This page serves as your central hub for adjusting various aspects of your account details.

Updating Personal Information
Your personal information includes your name, contact details, and communication preferences. To update this information:
- Click on the Personal Information section.
- Edit fields such as your name, email, and phone number.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Business Information
This section contains your company details, including your industry and business type, which are crucial for campaign targeting and compliance. To update your business information:
- Under Business Information, fill in your company's name, industry, and type.
- Include your VAT number if applicable.
- Click Save to confirm your updates.
Financial Information
In the Financial Information section, you can set your billing address and tax details, which are vital for invoicing and payment processes. To update:
- Click on Financial Information.
- Provide your billing address and tax details.
- Click Save to ensure accurate financial processing.
Security Settings
Enhance your account's security by managing your password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA):
- For password changes, visit Change Password. Enter your current and new passwords, then save.
- To set up 2FA, return to the main profile settings page and select the Security option.

Profile Verification
Accurate profile completion is essential for full access to EZmob's features. Ensure your email and phone number are verified, and your profile information is 100% complete. Follow these steps:
- Verify your email through the link sent after registration.
- For phone verification, enter your number in the profile settings and follow the SMS instructions.

If you encounter issues when updating your profile or verifying information:
- Ensure all fields are correctly filled and formats are adhered to.
