Email Verification: Importance and Resending Instructions

Email verification is a vital step in securing your EZmob account. It allows you to access essential platform functionalities, such as payment methods and campaign creation. Unverified accounts face restrictions on certain features to uphold security and communication integrity.

How to Check if Your Email is Verified

To confirm your email verification status, follow these steps:

Log in to your EZmob account.
Navigate to your Profile Settings.
Look for the "Email Verification" status indicator.

Steps to Resend Verification Email

If your email is not verified, you can easily resend the verification email by following these steps:

Go to your Profile Settings.
Click on the "Resend Verification Email" button located near the email status indicator.

Tip: Verification links in emails are valid for 48 hours. If your link has expired, simply resend the verification email using the steps above.

Checking Spam/Junk Folders

If you do not receive the verification email, try the following:

Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure that emails from @ezmob.com are whitelisted in your email settings.

Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues

If the verification email is missing from both your inbox and spam folder, consider these troubleshooting steps:

Verify that your email address is correct in your profile settings.
Add @ezmob.com to your email's whitelist.
If you continue to experience issues, try using an alternative email address.
