Browser Compatibility and Technical Requirements


Important Notification

To ensure a smooth experience on the EZmob platform, please disable any ad blockers while using our dashboard. Ad blockers can severely interrupt service.


Required Browser Settings

To optimize your experience with EZmob, please make sure the following settings are enabled in your browser:


  1. JavaScript: Must be enabled for full functionality.
  2. Cookies: Must be allowed to maintain session integrity.
  3. Popup Blocking: Allow popups from https://dashboard.ezmob.com for optimal performance.


How to Configure Browser Settings

Here’s a quick guide on how to adjust these settings for commonly used browsers:


Chrome

  • Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
  • Enable JavaScript and Cookies.
  • Disable popup blocking or add https://dashboard.ezmob.com to exceptions.


Firefox


Safari

  • Open Safari > Preferences > Security.
  • Check Enable JavaScript.
  • In the Privacy tab, ensure Block all cookies is unchecked.


Edge

  • Click on Settings > Site permissions.
  • Enable JavaScript and manage Cookies accordingly.
  • Disable popup blocking or add https://dashboard.ezmob.com as an exception.

If you encounter any issues such as slow loading or interface problems, please try the following:
