EZmob.com Black Friday Promotion - Terms and Conditions
Effective Dates: 21st November 2024 - 30th November 2024
Thank you for participating in EZmob’s Black Friday promotion! By engaging in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Conditions
Promotion Period: The promotion is valid for deposits made between 21st November 2024 and 30th November 2024. Bonuses apply solely to deposits made during this period.
- Campaign activity resulting from these deposits does not impact the eligibility or usage of bonuses.
Eligibility:
- This promotion is available exclusively to self-serve users.
- The promotion is global and has no restrictions based on geographic location or ad format.
Payment Method Restrictions:
- Deposits made via credit card are excluded from this promotion.
- Accepted payment methods include all other methods supported by EZmob.com.
Refund Policy:
- First-time deposits are generally non-refundable.
- If a refund is requested, the bonus amount will be deducted, and only the remaining balance will be refunded. Refund requests must be sent to finance@ezmob.com with the username, payment method, and transaction ID.
New Users
Definition of a New User:
- A “new user” is defined as an account holder making their first deposit (“First Time Depositor” or “FTD”) during the promotion period.
- The account must be verified, and the user must have updated their profile details before making the deposit.
Bonus Eligibility:
- FTD Bonus: Deposit $150 or more during the promotion and receive a $50 bonus.
- Second Deposit Bonus: Make a second deposit of $250 or more during the promotion and receive an additional $50 bonus.
Thresholds:
- Bonuses are calculated on a per-deposit basis. Multiple smaller deposits cannot be accumulated to reach the threshold.
Existing Users
Spend-Based Bonuses:
- Eligibility for existing users is based on their actual spend on the platform during November 2024, excluding balances or prior deposits.
- Bonuses will be applied based on the following thresholds:

Spend Deadline:
- The promotion period ends on 30th November 2024. Users must reach their spend targets by the end of 2024, after which final calculations will be performed.
Bonus Application and Restrictions
Bonus Crediting:
- Bonuses for deposits will be credited within 2 hours during working hours. Spend bonuses will be credited after meeting the relevant thresholds.
- Users can monitor spend and bonus activity via the EZmob reporting dashboard, updated every 10 minutes.
Fraud Prevention:
- Users may only participate in the promotion from a single account. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will be disqualified from the promotion and may be subject to further action.
Bonus Usage:
- Bonuses are non-withdrawable and must be used exclusively for ad spend on EZmob.com.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
