Effective Dates:
- New Users: Promotion valid from 21st November 2024 to 31st December 2024.
- Existing Users: Promotion valid for deposits made in December 2024 only.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Conditions
Promotion Period:
- For new users, the promotion applies to deposits made between 21st November 2024 and 31st December 2024.
- For existing users, the promotion applies only to deposits made in December 2024.
- Campaign activity resulting from these deposits does not affect the eligibility or use of bonuses.
Promo Code Requirement:
- Users must enter the promo code BFCM24 when making their first, second, or any deposit to enroll in this promotion. Deposits without this promo code are not eligible for bonuses.
Eligibility:
- The promotion is available exclusively to self-serve users and is global, with no restrictions on geographic location or ad format.
Payment Method Restrictions:
- Deposits made via credit card are excluded from this promotion.
- Accepted payment methods include all other options supported by EZmob.com.
Refund Policy:
- First-time deposits are non-refundable.
- If a refund is requested, the bonus amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Refund requests must be sent to finance@ezmob.com with the username, payment method, and transaction ID.
New Users
Definition of a New User:
- A “new user” is defined as an account holder making their first deposit (“First Time Depositor” or “FTD”) during the promotion period.
- The account must be verified, and the user must have updated their profile details before making the deposit.
Bonus Eligibility:
- FTD Bonus: Deposit $150 or more during the promotion period and receive a $50 bonus.
- Second Deposit Bonus: Make a second deposit of $250 or more during the promotion period and receive an additional $50 bonus.
Thresholds:
- Bonuses are calculated on a per-deposit basis. Multiple smaller deposits cannot be accumulated to reach the threshold.
Existing Users
Spend-Based Bonuses:
- Eligibility is based on actual spend during December 2024, excluding balances or prior deposits.
- Bonuses will be applied based on the following thresholds:

Spend Deadline:
- Spend must occur by the end of 2024. Bonuses will be credited after final calculations on 31st December 2024.
Bonus Application and Restrictions
Bonus Crediting:
- Deposit bonuses will be credited within 2 hours during working hours. Spend bonuses will be credited once thresholds are met.
- Users can monitor their progress through the EZmob reporting dashboard, updated every 10 minutes.
- Users will receive only the bonus that corresponds to their highest spend tier achieved during the promotion period and will not be eligible to claim bonuses for lower spend tiers. For example, if a user spends $40 in November and $1,000 in December, they will qualify for the $110 bonus but not for the bonuses associated with lower spend thresholds. Users who have not spent over $1000 in Nov, the maximum bonus allowed will be $150.
Fraud Prevention:
- Users may only participate in the promotion from a single account. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses will result in disqualification and potential further action.
Bonus Usage:
- Bonuses are non-withdrawable and must be used exclusively for ad spend on EZmob.com.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
