# 信用卡付款因“Do not honor”被拒绝怎么办？

“Do not honor”是发卡机构返回的通用拒付代码：您的银行拒绝了这笔扣款，但未说明原因。EZmob 无法查看或绕过该拒付，因此需要联系您的银行，或改用其他支付方式。

## 处理方法

1. 拨打卡片背面的电话，询问扣款被拒的原因。告知银行您是在向在线广告平台付款，并请银行放行该笔付款。
2. 确认该卡已开通网上支付和境外支付，且金额未超出卡片额度。
3. 返回 **资金** 页面，选择 **信用卡** 重新充值。出现 3-D Secure 验证时请完成验证（输入银行发送的验证码或在银行 App 中确认）。
4. 如果卡片仍被拒绝，请选择其他 **支付方式**，例如 PayPal、加密货币或银行转账。

## 注意事项

- 通过 3-D Secure 验证的信用卡充值通常会自动到账。
- 首次使用新卡时，我们可能会要求您在 **设置** → **验证** 中提交身份证件和卡片照片进行验证。
- 付款被拒不会自动发起验证请求。
- 其他常见的拒付原因包括余额不足、卡片过期或卡片信息填写错误。
