# Why was my payment rejected?

* **Incomplete World-Check Approval**: Your profile may not have completed the World-Check approval process. EZmob is currently integrating a KYC (Know Your Customer) system to enhance our business processes.
  **Solution**: To complete the approval, please send a copy of your ID or any official document confirming your identity via email to [finance@ezmob.com](mailto:finance@ezmob.com) or through the Support team chat on our website.

* **Incorrect Payment Details**: The payment information you provided might be incorrect or outdated. 
  **Solution**: Review your payment information in your profile and update it as necessary.

* **Wire Transfer Issues**: Your bank may have returned the wire transfer due to incorrect details.
  **Solution**: Check and update your payment information in your profile, and contact your bank for further clarification on the issue.
