# Site-Level vs Ad-Unit-Level Publisher Reports

## Introduction

Publisher reports can usually be viewed at the **site level** or **ad-unit level**. This article explains the difference and when to use each.

## Site-Level Reports

Site-level views group performance by domain. Use them to:

* Compare how different sites perform overall.
* See which site contributes most revenue.
* Spot sites with low traffic or weak engagement.

## Ad-Unit-Level Reports

Ad-unit views show results for individual placements. Use them to:

* Find units with impressions but low click-through rate.
* Decide which positions to keep, change, or remove.

Switch between site and ad-unit grouping using a drop-down or grouping control in the report.
