## How to Upload an Invoice for Payment

At the end of each month, we compile the reports from the previous month and update the ‘Payments’ tab in your publisher account. If you qualify for payment, you will receive an email notification once the numbers are confirmed. To facilitate the payment process, you must upload an invoice containing all relevant details.

### Instructions for Uploading an Invoice

Follow these steps to upload your invoice for payment:

1. **Login** to your publisher account.
2. Click on the **Payments** tab.

3. **Upload an invoice** for each month or a single invoice that covers multiple months.

### Invoice Requirements

Ensure your invoice includes the following essential details:

* Your **full company details** and address
* **Username**
* **Month of Activity**
* **Description of Services** (e.g., ‘publisher monetization services for September 2022’)
* **Payment amount**
* A **unique invoice ID** (e.g., INV-39392)
* Recent payment information, if it differs from what is indicated in your account
* Alternative payment methods that you may operate
