Managing your email notifications in EZmob is crucial for staying informed about significant updates while keeping your inbox organized. This guide will help you understand the available notification types and how to tailor them to your preferences.
Types of Email Notifications
EZmob offers four primary categories of email notifications:
- Security Notifications: Alerts about login attempts, password changes, and any suspicious activities.
- Account Notifications: Information regarding payment confirmations, balance updates, and changes to your verification status.
- Campaign Notifications: Updates on campaign performance, status changes, and approval notifications.
- System Notifications: Notifications regarding system maintenance, and announcements of new features.
You can customize these notifications to suit your needs.
Adjusting Notification Settings
To manage your email notification preferences, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your profile settings at Notification Settings.

- You will see a list of notification categories. Toggle the switch next to each category to enable or disable notifications as needed.
- For more detailed control, click on a category to expand it and adjust settings for individual notification types.
- After making your adjustments, click "Save" to apply your changes.
Email Notification Frequency and Digest Options
EZmob allows you to set the frequency of certain notifications or receive them as part of a daily or weekly digest. This feature helps minimize the number of individual emails you receive.
- To adjust the frequency, navigate to the specific notification category as described above.
- Look for options labeled "Frequency" or "Receive as Digest" and select your preference.
Troubleshooting Notification Delivery
If you are not receiving expected notifications, consider the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure your email address is correctly entered in your profile settings at Profile Settings.
- Add EZmob to your email's whitelist to prevent notifications from being blocked.
Unsubscribing from Notifications
To unsubscribe from EZmob email notifications:
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any EZmob email notification.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Note: Some critical security and account notifications cannot be disabled to ensure your account's safety.
