Customizing Email Preferences

EZmob provides four main types of communication:

  • Account Notifications: Security alerts, payment confirmations, and profile updates.
  • Campaign Alerts: Performance notifications, status changes, and budget alerts.
  • Marketing Communications: Platform updates, promotional offers, and educational content.
  • Support Communications: Ticket updates and system announcements.

Adjusting Preferences

For each communication type, you can:

  • Opt-in or Opt-out: Toggle the switch next to each communication type to subscribe or unsubscribe.
  • Frequency Controls: Select how often you wish to receive certain notifications (e.g., daily, weekly, or real-time).
  • Channel Selection: Choose the delivery method for notifications, such as email or SMS, where available.

Ensuring Important Notifications Are Received

To ensure you receive crucial account and campaign-related notifications, keep the Account Notifications and Campaign Alerts activated. It is recommended to adjust the frequency to a less frequent interval rather than completely opting out.

Some communications, especially those related to payments and security, are mandatory and cannot be fully turned off due to legal requirements. You will still have control over marketing and non-essential communications. |||
